Title
Exemplification made at the request of Henry Earl of
Kent, of a verdict in an action for trespass with force
and arms, brought by Edward Onley against Ralph Foster,
late of Brackley, yeoman and John Tymmes, late of the
same for ejecting the said Ralph and John from 200 acres
of wood in Brackley, Co: Northt. which Thomas Onley, esq.
leased to the said Edward. The verdict was in favour
of the defendants and Edward was in mercy for his false
claim.
