Grant by Eustace son of Bartholomew to Richard Carnifex,
of a messuage in the town of St. Albans in the great
street towards the church of St. Peter, extending from
the King's way to the great ditch: rent, a pair of white
gloves, price one halfpenny, or a halfpenny at Easter -
for his acknowledgement* to the lord Abbot of St. Albans,
two shillings - to the heirs of Ralph de Wathamefude a
halfpenny at Easter - and to the heirs of John fil. Ricardi,
twopence.
