Articles of Agreement made between Henry, Earl of Kent and
Matthew Eynsham, of Holwell Berry in Shitlyngton, yeoman,
for the farming, tilling, sowing etc. of the Earl's lands
in Over Stondon.
Dated 14 Oct. 7 James I. (1609) Red seal.
The Deed has been altered (possibly for a later contract)
in various particulars, viz: 'Charles' written over 'Henry',
'Robert Hanscombe' over 'Matthew Eynsham' and the above
dates are written over erasures.
