Title
Covenant whereby William Jourdain, jun. son and heir
of Thomas Jourdain late of Fletewyke agrees in settlement
of his debt to Avery Rauson, citizen and mercer of London
of 83, to sell to the latter the manors of Prestlee and
Steppynglee, Co: Bedf: for their ascertained value and
to make ausure estate of the same to the said Avery out of
which the said 83 and any further sums to be lent to the
said William are to be paid.
