Title
Grant for the salvation of his father' s soul by Richard
son of William de Steppingele to the monks of Wardon, of
the messuage which was Ailbert Lutisigulus's, as it was
dug (fossatum) in the latter's time for the construction
of a fold for sheep with free exit and entrance to one
field one year and another field on the other side of the
messuage another year and an acre of land of the virgate
which was Ruminildas, viz: half an acre in Westfeld in
Wlgaresmers abutting on to his mill, and half an acre in
Estfeld one head extending to Gorwelle and the other to
his land lying towards Brademore.
