Title
Lease by Henry, Earl of Kent and Margery Pygott of Nether
Gravenhurst, widow, to Benjamin Pygott, for divers good
considerations 'for that he the said Earle desirethe the
advancement of the saide Benjamyne Pigott his brother, as
also for the motherly love which the saide Margery bereth
unto the saide Benjamyne Pygott being her naturall childe',
of the manor or farm house of Nether Gravenhurst now in
the saide Margery's possession, with 50 acres of arable,
and 7 acres of pasture, and 6 acres of meadow in the towns
or fields of Nether Gravenhurst, Over Gravenhurst or Ion,
with other lands there; for a term of 21 years at rents
payable to the said Margery amounting in all to 9.
