Title
Lease for 21 years by Regnolde Grey, esq. to John Mayes, of
Girtford in Sandy, of a close of meadow, the late called
The Brotherhood Close of Blounham and lying in Gritford;
rent 13 sh. 4d., the tenant being allowed to lop and shred
trees on the same 'butt not to lopp or cutt by the grounde
any of theym, excepte olde Wyllowes of Salowes, and for
every of the said olde Willowes or Salowes so fellyd or
cutte' the said John must plant or set 'the yonge in some
convenyent place withyn the said close'.
