Title
Covenant that whereas John de Sancto Amando has bound his
manor of Mulbroke to Joan, widow of Richard de Karsy in
10 marks of yearly rent for the life from the said manor,
it is now agreed between them that she has remitted to him
the said 10 marks during the life of John de Lymboteshey
for 10 marks which she shall receive from the latter by
assignment from the said J. de Sancto Amando, so that during
the life of J. de Lymboteshay the power of the said Joan
to make distraint on the said manor to extinguished till
the next term after the death of J. de Lymboteshay.
