    Grant by John Smyth, sen. of Eyen to Thomas Brabison of Shutlyngdon, of an annual rent of sixpence, from all his lands etc. in the parishes of Senyllysho and Shutlyndon and he has put the said Thomas in full posssession of the same rent by a brass plate (per unam paternam encam) as appears by witnesses provided he or his heirs be not ag- grieved by anyone for the rent of an acre of land lying in the field of Eyen in Langmede furlong between the land of the chantry of Lord de Grey and Richard Koe's land, except only in respect of one penny to be paid to the said John and his heirs for the said acre.
