Linc. and Susan his wife, widow of Regnold, late Earl of Kent (for various considerations and in accordance with the lease etc. dated 23 June (1575) [see LJeayes75-76] to Henry, Earl of Kent, of all the said Countess's dower lands in London, and in Cos. Bedf. Hertf. and Leicester. Dated 24 Nov. 28 Eliz. (1585) Seal of arms of John Wingfield. The Countess's seal is missing. Enclosed is a Bond to observe covenants. Same date.
