& tenements held by sd. feoffees under feoffment by sd.
Wm in the village & flds of Gravenhurst, Lte. Gravenhurst &
Eyen, for the term of his life & as long as she remains
single. After death or remarraige the feoffees to
hand property over to s., Jn.
