Harriet is in great want of her new stays as her other new ones are dirty & she wants to change. Hast thou heard from Ipswich lately we are very uneasy about dear Mamma as we have not heard from home since 5th of last month and have written to her several times since then. Dost thou know whether thou art coming to Ipswich in the vacation we shall be very glad to see thee if thou dost & also to know when dear Mamma is going to Ampthill. Please wilt thou ask dear Mamma when she goes to Ampthill to take to Ipswich my white bag and teapot stand if they are not gone already. I have finished my Tables and got to the 100th of (?)Recueil Choise. We should be very glad to hear from thee soon. Harriet has had her eye bad several times & had leeches on for the 2nd time last 7th day. I am very glad to inform thee that it only wants five weeks to the vacation next 5th day we break up on the 15th of the 6th month. Harriet wishes me to ask thee to send her seals, she says they are in the play draw [sic] at Grandmamma's. We are very surprised that E.Chapman is going to marry J.Thomas Harriet desires her dear love to Grandpapa Grandmamma Uncle & thyself in which I unite and remain thy affectionate niece Margaret P.S.
