    Appointment of new trustees i) Charlotte Blakiston, 5, Lansdowne Road, Bedford, widow (formerly Charlotte Mann, spinster) ii) The Rev Charles Mann, late of Issey, Cornwall but now of Villa Alexandra, Torquay, Devon, Clerk in Holy Orders iii) Sir Horace Nevile Blakiston, also of 5, Lansdowne Road, Bedford; baronet Rochfort Folliott Blakiston, Stafford, gentleman being supplemental to deed of 25 June 1860 a) Sir Matthew Blakiston, baronet b) The Rev Horace Mann Blakiston c) The Rev William Henry Galfridus Mann d) said Charlotte Blakiston (then Charlotte Mann, spinster) e) The Rev Gerard Nevile, Isaac Spooner, Henry Mann, said Charles Mann being the settlement made on the marriage of b) and d) Said Horace Mann Blakiston died on 9 February 1878 leaving 3 children i.e. Sir H N Blakiston, Charles Edward Blakiston and Frederick Turnley Blakiston (since deceased) reciting various transactions in the funds settled by the said marriage settlement including sum of 140 used for the advancement of F T Blakiston, taken from funds mentioned in 1st schedule c) died on 13 January 1885 and in March 1886, the funds in 2nd Schedule were transferred to said Henry Mann (since deceased) and ii) as surviving trustees Isaac Spooner died on 16 September 1879 Gerard Nevile died on 12 May 1881 Henry Mann died on 23 February 1897 Now Charles Mann (sole surviving trustee) is desirous of being discharged from the trusts So i) appoints iii) as new trustees of the marriage settlement.
