Assignment from SALG (as personal representative of LD) to JW (in consideration of 133 paid to SALG by JW) of the principal sums of 120 and 13 and covenant by MF, in consideration of another 7 paid to MF by JW as further charge, with JW to pay him 140 with interest at 5% p.a. and Conveyance by SALG/MF to JW of the mortgaged premises as in X827/12 as security for the loan. The parcel description here refers to "Messrs. Caton" and the buildings as being occupied by Samuel
Fuller and his wife Mary.
