Waller of Shefford, widow, and William Haynes of Tottenham (Middlesex), bricklayer, to Jane Rider of Shefford, spinster, in consideration of 102 10s. (being principal and half year's interest).
Recites (inter alia) JW's will of 5 Oct 1860 appointing MW, his wife, and Robert Johnson the younger, his friend, as his executors and giving all his real estate to MW; codicil of 31 May 1869 revoking RW as executor, appointing WH, JW's nephew, in his stead; and death of JW on 2 Nov 1873 and probate of his will at PPR on 21 Nov 1873.
