Conveyance by way of Mortgage in fee 2 Dec 1856 (with power of sale etc. on advance of shares but without proviso for redemption) from RR to Richard John Bodger of Shefford Mills, Southill, miller, George Tingey of Henlow, grocer, and Henry Usher of Sandy, builder, as trustees for Second East Beds. Building Society for 192 (to which sum he is entitled as a member of the Society entitled to receive from its funds in respect of his 4 shares therein worth 190) of land as in X827/4 (a)-(b) upon trust to pay into the funds of the Society all subscriptions and fines payable in respect of his shares.
Includes several covenants and declaration that during the continuance of the Society RR will remain tenant of the premises from 6 Oct 1856 at a rent of 5 4s. per quarter.
Dorse: witnessing by George Austin of Shefford, solicitor; and declaration acknowledging 'discharge of all monies secured by the within Mortgage'.
