Lease and Release from William Green and Warner Green, both of Shefford, bakers, to James Parrott of Shefford, butcher, for 40, of a piece of land situate in the Water End of Shefford between the several dwelling houses late of William Clark and George Earl, now of James Hustler and James Cowland and whereon the Cage and Blacksmith's shop lately stood, preserving a footway to the back yard and garden of JC.
Covenant by WmG & WrG to produce a Deed of Exchange of 8 May 1822 between Rev. Edmond Williamson of Campton, WmG, liquor merchant, John Godfrey of Shefford, cordwainer, Benjamin Stapleton of Shefford, carpenter, William Waller of Shefford, carpenter and William Long of Shefford, fellmonger (1) and WmG and WrG (2) and other deeds, indentures and writings relating to the property.
