    Assignment in trust to attend the inheritance from Sir William Long of Kempston, knight, to JBD as in /2, of the unexpired residue of a mortgage term - all principal and interest long since being paid - on land in Shelton as described below. Recites Mortgage by Demise for 1000 years, dated 6 Nov 1786, from John Richardson to Thomas Valentine and William Brown of the following land (lately purchased by JR from Thomas Lane of Fenny Stratford in the parish of Bletchley in Bucks., yeoman, and lately in the occupation of JR) to secure 100 with interest: (a) cottage or tenement wherein Essex Robinson then dwelt with the yard orchard and close or pightle of pasture adjoining containing 2a. and being in Lower Shelton, the common street there being on the W and the pasture ground called Haycroft on the E. (b) several pieces and parcels of arable land ley and meadow containing 8a. lying dispersedly in the common fields and meadows of Marston. (c) 1a. of arable land in Acrey Field in the parish of Wootton Recites also that by an Assignment of 3 Nov 1787, TV and WB assigned the mortgage to William Long (father of Sir WL above) in trust for JBD for the unexpired residue of the term to attend the inheritance.
