    For the sum of 80li paid to him by Henry Bennell all his tenement on the north boundary of Dunstaple called the White Harte with all barns stables orchards and gardens thereto belonging, with 22 ac 1r. of land arable in the Fields of Dunstaple Houghton Carrington and Kenseworth in Bedfordshire and Herts., in the occupation of Thomas Brickett, whereof 8ac. are in the West Feilde of Dunstaple and abut on the land of Thomas Fyncke and on the land of Master Brocas on the north; 5ac. in the Field of Dunstaple on the East side, of which 3ac. abut on the land of James Cowper on the south and on the north abut on the other 2ac. and east on the land of the said Henry Bennell, also one other ac. lying in the field of Carrington abutting on Sowcher hyll on the west and on the land of John Typlady on the east; and 3 ac. in the field of Kenseworth on the west side of the road leading to Kenseworth the land of Lady Halte on the north; also 3r in the same field, the land of William Daremore on the north and of Richard Skelton alias Holden on the east; and all the tenement near the White Harle in the tenure of Robert Foster with a brewery called a malthouse and all barns stables and gardens thereto belonging, together with 31/2 acres in the Fields of Houghton and Sewell which I Henry Bennell lately acquired from Henry Beacham; whereof 1/2 ac. lies in Gravel pitte furlonge and abuts on Houghton Way on the east, 2 other 1/2 ac. in the Mell hell furlonge. 2 other 1/2 ac. in le Elbowes, 1 ac. in Sewel Feild, the land of William Howes on the east.
