Deed poll by Richard Partridge of Kensworth, husbandman, and his wife Faith, witnessing their feoffment, for 16s., and related warranty to John Dirri(c)k of Kensworth, labourer, of:
(a) piece or parcel of land on which one bay of building lately stood in Kensworth* together with a yard or slipe of ground for a yard, 50 foot by 12 foot and containing together 2 square poles, belonging to the cottage and premises of JD; *situated between the cottage or tenement of JD on the west, the yard of Thomas Edmonds on the east and fronting the Common Green on the south.
