--Lands in Marston described in lease (135/83), subject to the right of Wm. Franklin to remove at the conclusion of the lease 3 hovels erected by him: the "plain tile hovel"; the "pan tile hovel"; "a machine hovel at the end of the drying flues;" and any other trade bldgs. he may erect; provided he shall first offer them to the trustees or to a succeeding tenant.
