Letter from J.H. Wiffin at Woburn Abbey to Thos. Batchelor at Lidlington. Batchelor has submitted for his opinion an anonymous pamphlet (apparently "The Rights of the Farmers" - see 135/22), which Wiffin has forwarded to Lord John Russell. He does not think it is likely now to be reviewed in the principal reviews, since it was published two years ago.
