All which were conveyed to Thos. Palmer by Ben. King by Lease and Release of 24/5 June 1763. - Wall from N.W. end of house of Ben. Palmer to privy of B.P. (36' ) to be maintained by Ben. Palmer, & from end of privy to end of wall next close (88' ) by Jn. Wing, & from N.W. of mess. (occ. Thos. Smith) N.W. to river behind (iii)'s fishpond (237' ) by (iii) and (ii) jointly; fence to King's Ditch to be maintained by (i) (145').
