Conveyance (Feoffment). (i) James Munns the elder of Bedford, mason, to (ii) Thomas Christie of Bedford, esq. In consideration of £140 paid by (ii) to (i) and £10 more to be paid when the River of Ouze from Barford in the said County shall be made navigable & be navigated with great vessells barges or lyters to the Towne of Bedford.
