    Draft assignment i) Thomas Sworder, Luton, brewer ii) William Jardine, Dunstable, gentleman reciting mortgages of 2,400 on property in first and second schedules. Also that 700 was paid off on 14 January 1862, and 1700 was paid off on making of mortgage of 4 December 1867 i) is indebted to ii) in 600. ii) having requested i) to secure said sum, i) has agreed to assign by way of mortgage the said sum of 700.
