States that -
His body to be interred in a decent but frugal manner and no expense to be incurred except hat band and pair of black gloves for those who follow his body to the grave and half a crown to each of poor men who carry his coffin

- messuage or tenement in Luton, now in occupation of Joseph Groom, for life, she keeping same in good repair and insured. Garden now belonging shall be part of next adjoining messuage, now in his own occupation. On condition that wife shall not allow any of her children, lodger or any one else to reside in said house

If he attempts to mortgage, or after his death, which shall first happen, then to his wife, Sarah Adams for life, so long as she continues a widow. Premises to be kept in repair and insured. After her decease or re-marriage, then to children as tenants in common

when half yearly dividends become due after his decease they are to invest them in their names in public stocks or funds, upn trust:-
to sell out sum of 1000 3% consols and to pay to daughter, Mary Ann White, wife of William Waugh White, Regent Street, carpenter - 100
to daughter Elizabeth Farmer, wife of Benjamin Farmer - 100 to son, Daniel Adams - 200
to pay funeral expenses etc and 10 each to themselves residue to son William absolutely
also to pay interest of 1000 3% Consols to Mary Ann White for life
also to pay interest of 1000 3% Consols to Elizabeth Farmer for life
also to pay 6s 6d per week, out of dividends of 1000 3% Consols, to Elizabeth Adams for life. Residue, and whole interest after her death, to son William
also to pay further sum of 1000 3% Consols to William Adams, when 21
said interest money shall not be sold or encumbered. If it is then to sink into residue of personal estate
After deaths of his children then to their children equally divided between them. If child dies under age and without lawful issue then share to survivor of brothers and sisters
