    Deed of covenant for production of title deeds i) Thomas Daniel Cook, Brewers Hill Farm, Houghton Regis, farmer ii) James Gregory, Houghton Regis, farmer reciting deed of even date a) James Gregory and wife Sarah b) Thomas Daniel Cook a) have appointed that property described in 1st schedule (subject to right of way) shall be to use of b) property in 2nd schedule stands limited to such uses etc as ii) should appoint.
