Draft of agreement between Eaton Bray Burial Board and 'me the undersigned proprietor of property that will be affected by the approach to the Cemetery'
The proprietor agrees to give a right of way on the following conditions
1. That Burial Board shall, at their expense, put in a proper drain in centre, or one at each side, of road from highway to cemetery. With junction pipes so that each owner may be allowed to drain their properties into aforesaid drain
2. Burial Board to make a through good road from highway to Cemetery and keep it in proper repair. To do nothing to injure adjoining properties signed Robert Rollings, agent for B F Rollings mark of Thomas Puddefoot
