reciting will of Mary Smallbone late of Lewisham, widow dated 17 May 1834, leaving residue to Wm. Jackson of the Moult, Kingsbridge, Devon, esq. and to (i) on her trust to allow her sister, Sarah Prosser Gibbs, wife of Thos., to have the income for life, she to have power to dispose of capital by her will, & reciting death of Mary Smallbone 1 April 1841 and account of her property, including leasehold houses in St. John St., Bethnal Green, and reciting will of Sarah Prosser Gibbs 25 June 1858 who recited will of Mary Smallbone and that Mary Smallbone at the time of her death was entitled in right of her former husband Daniel Willis to various monies, and then bequeathed the whole to her children (i) and (ii) above, and reciting death of Sarah Prosser Gibbs on 14 May 1862
