CONVEYANCE by (i) to (ii) for 20
- a certain part of the highway at or near Chalk Hill which
has been diverted and stopped up by trustees, and which is
bounded in part on one side by land of the Duke of Bedford and
in part by land belonging to Dunstable School, and on the other
side by land of Henry Brandreth esq., extending in length
790 yards from the place where it joins the new highway to the
south corner of the land of Henry Brandreth where it passes
between lands of Robt. Wear, and in breadth on an average 60
yards, in quantity 9a. 8p., including the chalk banks.
Made at a public meeting at the Sugar Loaf, Dunstable.
