Inning land in South Field of H.R. - 1/2a. lies bet. 2 balks shooting up to the downs - 1/2a on Poppy Hill - 1/2a in Millden bottom - 1/2a by Sundon path - 1/2a in Long Eaton being a balk on the north side therof - tithes of the above reserving timber, except fruit trees and fruit and pollard trees for lops, and paying to (i) at her mansion house where she now lives in H.R. 60 5s. 2d. p.a., that is 47 16s. 8d for house and land, and 12 8s. 6d. for tithes.
