dated 29 Dec 1755 by wch she devised to testator, her dau., for life

widow Woodcock now Wm. Osborne
which on death of Mary Buckmaster was to go to Jos ph Holt als.
Buckmaster, Mary Mouse's grandson, then to John Buckmaster,
Mary Mouse's son, the late husband of Mary Buckmaster the
testator (sic), and
reciting that Joseph Holt als. Buckmaster is dead, and that the
cottage has descended absolutely to testator as only dau. and
heir or Mary Mouse,
to nephew Jeffery Osborne of Toddington, wheeler,
- said cottage subject to payment of legacies.
to each of three chn. of niece Phebe Groom (late Phebe Thurney)
by her late husband Edw. Turney decd. 20 each;
to nephew Jn. Osborne of Tebworth, carpenter, nephew Daniel Osborne
of Dunstable, wheeler, and to sd. Jeffery Osborn 5s. each;
to niece Jane Ellingham wife of John Ellingham of Stanbridge 5;
to cousin Susannah Brinklow of Eaton Bray, widow, legacy of 10;
to cousin Eliz. Buckmaster of Markyate St., spinster, 5;
to Luce Tompkins widow 10;
to Mary wife of Rich. Betts of Houghton Regis 5;
to nephew Joseph Osborn the large oak table in dwelling house at
H.R. with the stools and forms used with it;
to Luce Tompkins wearing apparel, bed and bedstead 'she and I in
common lye on with the sheets';
to nieces Phebe Groom, Ann Eames and Frances Read, other household
goods;
to friend Wm. Collyer and neph. Joseph Osborne, exors., the residue.
