To John Buckmaster of Winfield, Chalgrave, yeo.
- messuage, lands and hereditaments in Houghton Regis and Bidwell on trust to pay to testator's brother Henry Buckmaster 20 p.a. for life.
On death of Henry Buckmaster John Buckmaster to have
- messuage or farmhouse in Houghton Regis with pightle of pasture and 57a 1r. arable land in fields of H.R. in occ.
Wm. Hawkins or his assigns, but charged with the following legacies:
to Susannah wife of said Henry Buckmaster, if she survive her husband, annuity 10 p.a.
to nephew Henry Buckmaster, to Susannah wife of Richard Brinklo, to Mary wife of Matthew Wingrave, to Ann and
Eliz. Buckmaster, son and daus. of brother Henry Buckmaster, 20 each.
to William Buckmaster, son of brother Henry 80
to nieces Martha Ives and Sarah Atterbury, daus. of sister Mary Atterbury, to Mary wife of Henry Orsburn and to Mary wife of John Buckmaster, also nieces, 20 each.
Reciting that he has settled his estate at Bidwell with other messuages etc. on trust to nephew John Buckmaster to pay annuity 20
to brother Henry for life, if Susanna wife of Henry should survive her husband he wills that
- the mess. in Bidwell late in occ. Wm. Sibley, now Rich. Groom and Wm. Swain, with close of pasture adj. 4a.
to John Buckmaster for the life of Henry and Susanna Buckmaster, then to Joseph Holt als. Buckmaster son of niece Mary Buckmaster and to William and Mary Buckmaster, son and dau. of Henry Buckmaster of H.R. blacksmith by Eliz. his wife.
to brother Henry all wearing apparel.
to Wm. Sibley of Bidwell, cordwainer, for use of Mary wife of Wm. Swaine of Bidwell 5;
to Eliz. Tossell and Mary Swaine household linen and bedding.
Residue to neph. John Buckmaster who is sole exor.
