bet. the said Wm. Fossey decd. and Edw. Fossey
- the dovehouse and part of orchard on which it stands as it is now
divided from the rest of the orchard in East End of H.R. lately
purchased, among other property, of Henry Brandreth gent.

life to w. Sarah if she survives her husband.
