Bennett, gent., of Woburn, Trustees or Feoffees of Ampthill Feoffee Charity Estate ii) Humphrey Brandreth esq., Houghton House reciting that the Feoffees possess an estate comprising the Town Yard at the SE corner of which is a cess pool or dunghill which is a great nuisance to the inhabitants of the adjoining houses In return for a nominal rent of 1d., (ii) will make a drain out of the cess pool in the Town Yard into the drain or watercourse on his own premises
