reciting that at his death Wm. Boughton's property was mortgaged
for 700 and interest, and that Humphrey Brandreth contracted
to buy property for 243 10s. 6d., which includes fixtures,
and that it was agreed that this was to be paid to (iii) in
discharge of the mortgage
CONVEYANCE by (i), (ii) and (iii) to (iv)
- mess. with building and yards in Church St., formerly in the
occ. of widow Walduck, since Eliz. Gale, widow, afterwards Wm.
Boughton decd., now Ann Boughton, adj. premises formerly
belonging to Robt. and Thos. Gibbs and now of Humph. Brandreth
on the one side, and adj. messuages now or late the property
of Rich. Brooks on the other.
Covenant to produce deeds, with schedule.
