i) Chas. Copperwheat, Ampthill, malster ii) Wm. Everett, Ampthill, joiner by (i) to (ii) for £5 and yearly rent 1d. - piece of garden ground as now staked out and fenced by Wm. Everett at the lower or East End of garden belonging to the tenement of (i) now in the occ. of James Hart in Church End in Ampthill, 30 ft. by 26 ft., in all 650 ft., bounded S by house of (ii) and N by town ground - end of barn cont. one bay with ground at one end of the said piece of ground, reserving to (i) liberty of access from street through 'Handgate or Lift Rail' with a wheelbarrow only to carry fuel and dung to and from the mess. in occ.
