tenement of (i) now in the occ. of James Hart in Church End
in Ampthill, 30 ft. by 26 ft., in all 650 ft., bounded S by
house of (ii) and N by town ground
- end of barn cont. one bay with ground at one end of the said
piece of ground,
reserving to (i) liberty of access from street through 'Handgate or
Lift Rail' with a wheelbarrow only to carry fuel and dung to and
from the mess. in occ. (i).
