Simons, £300 at age 21. - to wife property at Harpenden for life, then to son Geo. - to trustees £5 each. Trustees brother in law Thos. Gurney of Elstrop Farm, Bucks, gent. and Geo. Brown , Whipsnade, gent. Stocks etc., interest to wife for life, then to son Geo. Exors.: wife and two trustees, who are also guardians of sons. made 13 April 1817, proved London 26 Mar 1825 by oath of Geo. Brown, surviving exor.
