Reciting that testator possessed 1125 consols, - to dau. Eliz., the widow of late son-in-law Thos. Symons decd. an annunity of £8 p.a., then to granddau. Hannah Symons; - to god-dau. Mary Simons an annunity £8; - to wife Mary Symons for life messuage where Mary Oliver widow now lives in Dunstable and annunity of 17 p.a. and use of household goods, on her death to god-dau. Mary Simons. If wife remarries, annunity £17 p.a. to go to son Thos. Simons. After deaths dau. Eliz. Simons, granddau. Hannah Simons and w. Mary and son. Thos. the principal money to go to goddau.
