to wife Mary Symons for life
- mess. where Mary Oliver widow now lives in Dunstable and
annunity of 17 p.a. and use of household goods, on her death
to god-dau. Mary Simons.
If wife remarries, annunity 17 p.a. to go to son Thos. Simons.
After deaths dau. Eliz. Simons, granddau. Hannah Simons and w. Mary
and son. Thos. the principal money to go to goddau. Mary Simons,
the dau. of sd. Thos., testator's son.
The house on death or remarriage of wife to go to son Thos. for life,
then to granddaus. Maria and Hannah Simons, daus, of son. Thos.
5 in bread to poor of Bedfordshire part of Caddington.
To be buried in church yard of Caddington.
Firewood and coals to wife Mary and ready money.
To friends, Mr. John Gurney of Linslade and Mr. Thos. Iremonger of
Luton, gent., brother-in-law, trustees and overseers, one
guinea each for mourning ring.
