Lockhart, widow Emmerton, Jn. Walton; to dau. Eliz. Sarah, wife of Edw. Lockhart and her children - houses in Church St., Dunstable. Residue to wife and friend Geo. Crawley of Dunstable, wine mercht. to convert into money, invest and pay dividend to wife for life Wife and Geo Crawley exors. 7 Jan 1833 codicil devising premises lately pur. in South St. Dunstable to wife for life, then to son Thos. Pearson Gostelow for life then to his chn. 18 Oct 1838 Testator died 21 Oct 1838 & will pr. Beds. Arch. 15 Nov 1838"
