properties in the occupation of Wm. Eames
- Poynter's farmstead and 17a 0r 37p land in H.R.
excepting to (i) the materials of the house, buildings and
homestead and right of entry to remove same before Mich.
1848, providing Wm. Eames consents, otherwise before Mich.
1851, as the Duke intends to build a new house etc. on
another part of the farm in the occ. of Wm. Eames, the tenant
having the right to continue in the house until the dates
given above, only paying to (ii) 40.
