    Conveyance i) Nehemiah Brandreth, senior, Houghton Regis, esq. Lord of Manor ii) Wm. Eeles, London, grocer iii) Dame Alice Milard, H.R., widow and relict of Sir. Wm. Milard kt. reciting that by certain conveyances (ii), together with other trustees now deceased became seized in - capital messuage or mansion house wherein Dame Alice Milard now lives being near Cook Lane on W and the Common Green on N in H.R., with the Picked Acre, 1a., and that (i) is seized of - land called Crabb tree piece in the N of the Picked Acre. and divided towards the West End by a hedge or fence running southward from the Picked Acre across the Crabb Tree Piece, and that (iii) has lately made a good way and causey over and along the ground mentioned below or a great part thereof at her own considerable charge and has also recently paid 1000 to Rebecca Brandreth spinster a dau, of Nehemiah CONVEYANCE (L& R) by (i) to (ii) for 10/- - piece of land on W side of hedge, part of Crabb Tree piece to hold on trusts that whosoever shall hold and enjoy the mansion house for the time being, shall have footway, horseway, coachway, cartway, driftway for themselves and friends and servants over the piece of ground to or from the mansion house and property appertaining to it. Covenant by (i) that neither he nor his descendants will plant or allow to be planted any tree or trees on the said common green in H.R. by reason of which the sight or prospect of the said capital mansion house on the NE, NW and S ends and E and W sides of the common green shall or may be obstructed or hinder d, nor will he allow any pond or hole or pit to be made on the common green by which the way over the green to the mansion house may become unpassable. witn.
