CONVEYANCE by (i) to (ii) for 4677 10s. ... rectory or parsonage of Houghton Regis with all tithes appertaining to it ... all houses, edifices, buildings, structures, barns, stables, dovehouses, gardens, orchards, yards, backsides and yards adj. the said rectory, 2a. by estimation (excepting always the advowson of the vicarage) which descended to (i) on the death of his father, as the same were granted by letters patent of James I, 15 Dec. 1606, to Thos. Marbury and Ric. Cartwright gent. in free farm, to be held of the manor of East Greenwich in free and common socage by reserved rent of 41. Covenant to levy fine and suffer recovery. sgd.
