Solomon Brandreth, H.R., gent. a son of Alice
reciting that Alice is seized in a fee farm rent of 41 from the
rectory of H.R. and in the great tithes
Conveyance by (i) to (ii) for the augmentation of the living of
her son Solomon Brandreth and his children, if he shall ever
have any
... fee farm rent 41 reserved out of the Rectory and the great
tithes
to the use of herself for life, then during the life of Solomon
Brandreth to be paid each year to Nehemiah and Alice Brandreth,
her son and dau., who are to spend it on Solomon for meat, drink,
apparel, lodging and washing, and to keep any surplus for his
children, should he have any. On death of Solomon without issue
the fee farm rent to go to use of Alice Brandreth the daughter.
