(5) William Loke the younger of Leighton Buzzard, baker
Reciting:
- lease and release of 30 & 31 Dec 1825 relating to a small piece of land unaffected by this abstract;
- lease and release of 8 & 9 Oct 1830 relating to a cottage at Bedford Place near north end of Leighton Buzzard unaffected by this abstract;
- (I) above;
- since 11 Jan 1840 (1) had erected two cottages and outbuildings on part of (a) in occupations of James James and William Sawyer;
- (1) was seized of two copyhold cottages in Perrotts Piece, Leighton Buzzard not affected by this abstract;
- (1) had contracted sale to (3) of all the property described above subject to such parts as were comprised in a term of 999 years in consideration of an annuity of 40/6/- to be paid to Mary Webster, wife of (1) during life of (1) ((1) to receive the same if she died first) and, on his death 31/4/-;
- annuities to be secured by separate indenture of 24 Mar 1842 between (1) John Loke; (2) John Abraham and Mary Webster; (3) William Loke the elder and John Garside
