Vendor's solicitors being Cumberland and Shearman of 29 King Street, Luton. Refers to the right of way from Villa Road to the rear of the property, mentioned in the 1877 conveyance, as being 15' wide. Includes tracing paper plan showing adjoining landowners as Murray Barford and Edwin Oakley and tram track on New Bedford Road. Special Conditions of sale include the covenants and restrictions affecting the land; and conditions that the vendors carry out and pay for work set out in specification agreed between the purchaser and W.J.Beale which are included within the purchase price; and that the vendor advance to the purchaser 160 to be expended by the purchaser 'in and towards furnishing and equipping the property as a private hotel'; and other mortgaging arrangements as part of the sale transaction.
