Clauses:
- warranty to (ii) against (i), the King, Earl of Falkland and Captain Power;
- (i) to bind farm in occupation of Elizabeth Williamatt, widow, in Cardington to greater secure (a), redeeming any mortgage upon it within seven years;
- (i) to suffer a fine to better secure (a);
- (ii) to pay 100 of the purchase price to Captain Power in discharge of a mortgage made by (i) on (a);
- (ii) and John Storer of Cardington, yeoman, to be bound to (i) for 500 to cover the 250 of the purchase price still owing to (i);
- (i) and Thomas Williamatt of Cardington, yeoman, to be bound to (ii) for 600 to cover the 300 purchase monies to paid to (i) on 28 Dec 1633;
