and sis. Mary Eve; also to many friends; to
manager of farm at Ravensden; to gardener and
horsekeeper; old coachman is to live in house
rent -free; to every poor man, woman and child in
Kempston 2s.6d.
Devises brewery on trust for dau. Mary Newland during
life, with power of sale to Robt. Newland.
