Stagsden, late occ. Thos. Watford & Wm. Lavender,
now Wm. Rose & Thos. Lavender; a tenement on the
W. side thereof occ. John Battey.
(Recites that Thos. Lavender, being unable to repay
the principal and interest which are the full value
of the premises, is conveying the fee simple.)
