Gadsby of Bedford, surgeon. -- the reversion in fee expectant on the marriage or decease of Eliz. Woodward, wid. of Thos. Woodward:- a messuage in St. Paul's parish late occ. Thos. Woodward, now Rachel Hensman, and 2 pieces of garden near it on either side of the Sessions House walk; a messuage adjoining, late occ. Fra. Jennings, now Jas. Belsham; the brewhouse in the yard behind the same; 3 messuages on the W. side of Angel Street, occ. Edw. Cooch, Mary Franklyn, wid., Thos. Reynolds; an orchard near the same, with a tenement occ. Frances Sanderson; a messuage on the E. side of Angel Street, occ. Mrs. Smith, wid.; and maltkiln in yard near the same, occ. Fra. Jennings; 2 pieces of garden behind the Red Lion inn, occ. Wm. Thomas, Barth. Hyatt, formerly belonging to the Ram Inn. (Recites that Rachel Hensman, one of the 4 daus. of Thos. Woodward, previous sold her 1/4 share to her father, which thus descended to all 4 daus., Ann Belsham, Frances Sanderson, Rachel Hensman, and in the case of the 4th dau. Martha decd. to her s. Thos.
